Lisa Falco, PhD, is Lead Consultant for AI & Data at Zühlke with 15+ years of experience in machine learning for healthcare. She specialises in developing AI-based medical devices and is passionate about user-centric products, especially in women’s health. She’s also the author of “Go Figure! The astonishing science of the female body” and a Forbes contributor.

Hilda Liswani is a Namibian social innovator and passionate diversity advocate. Having lived across several countries, she now calls Zurich home. As a Forbes 30 under 30 and Swiss Digital Shaper, she collaborates with tech and financial giants like Google, Logitech, and HSBC to drive sustainable and inclusive innovation globally.

Dr. Heike Riel isan IBM Fellow, Head of Science & Technology and Lead of IBM Research Quantum EMEA. She is a distinguished scientist and leader in the area of nanoscience, semiconductor and quantum technologies advancing computation. She has received several prestigious international honours and awards.

Ekaterina Butyugina

Ekaterina Butyugina, PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics, is a Data Scientist and Program Manager for the Data Science Program at Constructor Academy. She teaches Python, Data Science, and Deep Learning, oversees industrial projects with Machine Learning, and develops the course curriculum. She also mentors and participates as a jury member in hackathons.

Sophia Ding

Sophia Ding, a leading expert in digital ethics and AI governance at Swiss Post, teaches “AI risk management” and “AI ethics” at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (HWZ). She holds a doctoral degree from ETH Zurich

Sofia Kypraiou

Sofia Kypraiou is a data scientist working on interdisciplinary social projects. She analysed gig-worker conditions (PersonalData.IO) and co-developed the online course “<AI & Equality>: A Human Rights Toolbox” (Women@theTable).

Riccarda Mecklenburg

Riccarda Mecklenburg is President of the largest Swiss “Association of Women Entrepreneurs” (VFU). She initiated the country’s largest female hackathon, “HerHack21,” and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Zurich Journalism Award. In 2014, she founded CrowdConsul, an agency supporting crowdfunding for social projects.

Clio Rossier

Clio Rossier, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Senior Product Manager at dentsu and Senior Salesforce Consultant at Merkle DACH, specializes in ESG data, sustainability and Salesforce solutions. With 10+ years in Salesforce echo system, she drives innovation and was recognized by Women In Tech Switzerland as a top woman to follow in 2023.

Sarah Toms

Sarah Toms, Chief Learning Innovation Officer at IMD, leads Learning Innovation and AI strategy. A recognised educational tech leader, she co-founded Wharton Interactive and has 25+ years in tech and entrepreneurship. Passionate about learner-centric environments, Sarah supports women in tech and returns as a jury member for #herHACK 2024, after being a speaker in 2023.
